Who it's for

You don't need to be an Olympic athlete or a 30-year veteran.

In fact, you don't need any prior swimming experience at all. If you bring enthusiasm and follow the script, the results will speak for themselves.

First-time instructors

Teach your very first lesson

Whether you're 15 or 50, every step is scripted: the exact words, what to watch for, and when to move on.

Athletes from other sports

Bring your energy

Many of our most successful instructors come from other sports. They bring high energy, take coaching well, and thrive on a team.

Swim schools & facilities

One standard for everyone

Train every instructor in the same framework so every lesson meets the same standard.

The three levels

Jellyfish, Turtle, Shark

Every instructor teaches across all three beginner levels, so you meet each swimmer where they are and start the next skills as soon as they're ready.

  • Level IJellyfishAges 2–5 · absolute beginner, no ability to float on their ownUnassisted self-rescueExit benchmark: 15-yard unassisted jump & self-rescue
  • Level IITurtleAges 2–5 with verified Level I self-rescueBack-to-front transitionExit benchmark: 15-yard continuous traversal
  • Level IIISharkAges 6+ or Turtle graduatesFreestyle foundationsExit benchmark: 25-yard formal freestyle, the Deep Water Stamina Test

The Golden Axiom

“Where the head goes, the body follows.”

Every prompt, critical cue, and instructor hold across all three levels anchors to this one physical law. Four pillars put it into practice.

  1. High energy & high pace

Every student engaged in a 30-minute, high-cadence loop. No idle wall time.

  2. High-volume repetition

Burns mechanics into automatic reflexes, from a panic-free back float to a seamless 4:1 rhythm.

  3. Tactical trust

Meet students where they are emotionally, then push them just outside their comfort zone.

  4. Systematic surrender

A planned fade from physical support to verbal-only coaching. No free rides.

How every step is written

Precision in communication is mandatory.

On a noisy pool deck, vague coaching creates overload. Every step in the manual tells you exactly what to do.

  • SayThe exact prompt spoken out loud. “Flap your wings!”
  • LookThe critical cue you watch for. Back of head wet, chin to sky.
  • DoThe instructor action or hold.
  • FadeHow you surrender support.
